Deluxe Wedding & Travel Planning package:
- Initial Consultation - A scheduled call to discuss your wedding vision, your must haves and share the things that are most important to you and your fiance. Getting to know my clients is so important so that I can recommend the perfect resort or wedding venue for your special day.
- You will receive an email after our call with a recap of everything we discussed. This email will also include how the process works for you and your guests and the next steps.
- I will put together and send you my top recommendations based on your must haves, wedding vision and budget. I will also include my insiders tips on what you should be looking at to help you narrow down the search, as well as the wedding packages.
- Once you have said "Yes" to the resort I will help to secure your group booking/group room block with my preferred partners. All formal quotes are send to you by email and will include the rates, bride and groom perks and deposit and payment terms for you and your wedding guests.
- I will set up your complimentary wedding website that also includes and app with all the important wedding details. The website will allow you to send your Save the dates to your guest plus so much more.
- I take care of handling all guests inquires and assist them with booking their travel arrangements to allow you more time to focus on the wedding planning. Guests will receive an email booking package that include user-friendly forms that can be submitted online.
- A sequences of emails will be sent to your guests with the first one being a welcome email to remind guests to check their passports, monthly trip summaries and payment reminders plus so much more.
- Easy Payment Plan options available for your guests.
- This package also includes ongoing communication with unlimited emails and phone calls. My response time will always be the same day unless the inquiry is after business hours.
- Assist with Honeymoon Booking
- A personalized email Travel Edocument package is sent to you and your guests 2-3 weeks prior to travel. This package will also include my Wedding packing checklist.
- A group email will be sent to you and your guests 1-2 weeks prior to travel with any helpful tips and final reminders.
This package is perfect for couples who have the time to plan their wedding details directly with the onsite wedding team and do not require my full premium wedding planning packages.
